Vacation Trip #6 - DisneyLand & Home

Following SeaWorld we traveled to Anaheim to go to DisneyLand on our last day of vacation. Hudson and Paisley were both so excited for Disney as there were rides that Hudson remembered from when we visited Disney in Florida and Paisley was excited to see Princesses. We spent the day touring around Disney with the first stop being Mickey's ToonTown. The kids got to see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy. The fun part of it is you get to go to each of their houses to meet them which the kids thought were awesome. Mickey's ToonTown was fun for the kids because they got to physically see characters and experiences their houses, cars, etc. After ToonTown we went on rides such as Buzz Light year, Finding Nemo, Peter Pan and of course stood in line for 90 minutes to see 3 princesses, but it was one of Paisley's favorite parts of the trip so it was well worth it. Another favorite I think for everyone was the Disney Parade that night. The kids had front row seats and were greeted by one of the Chip monks along with the Genie from Aladdin. Paisley out of all the kids loved the characters the most. Her eyes lit up and she smiled from ear to ear every time she got to meet someone. She would approach them with a big hug and pose for pictures. The parade had all the characters in it and is just awesome. Paisley especially loved it so much that when it was over she had a melt down because she was so sad...and maybe due to the fact she was tired. But it broke our hearts to see her so excited about something and then so sad that it was over. We would give her that parade a million times over if we could. After the long day at Disney we drove to LA to stay at the LAX airport hotel so we could be close for our early morning flight. We again ordered to go food and enjoyed a night in since we had to get up super early to return the car and fly home.

As crazy as it sounds the kids did awesome on the trip and were great travelers. Not many can say that they were successful traveling for 7 days with 3 kids under the age of 4 1/2. We truly sad to be experiencing the last day of vacation as we had so much great time together as a family. Our lives tend to get so hectic with work, kids, household duties, etc. that it was so nice to get away and have some family time. We know the kids have fun as we are so glad we were able to experience so many memories with them. I loved that I got to spend 11 total days off work with my kids and husband. I could not have asked for a better 11 days.
 Hello DisneyLand, CA

We had to get Hudson's picture next to the news store where we got his name from when we traveled to Florida when I was pregnant with him.
