Vacation Trip #3 - Carlsbad - LegoLand

Following the beautiful wedding in Sedona, AZ we caught a flight to California. We arrive at LAX airport Sunday morning and started our drive down the 101 along the coast in route to Carlsbad, CA for the night. It was fun to drive through all the beach towns with Laguna Beach being my favorite. When we got to Carlsbad which was around 5:00 pm we decided to stop at the beach. Even though it was chilly and the water was freezing the kids had fun in the sand and water. Following the beach we headed to the hotel and relaxed in the pool and hot tub before heading to dinner and then back to the hotel for a good nights rest before going to Lego Land Monday morning.

Monday morning we ventured off to Lego =Land as the kids had been waiting the whole trip for these next couple days and we were so excited to take them. We spent the day checking out the cool sculptures made out of legos along with going on rides and just checking the place out. Hudson was able to go on all the rides yet Paisley didn't hit the 42' height mark to ride all the same rides as Hudson, but we found something fun for everyone even Tenley as she got to ride her first ride ever. We spent the whole day there and the kids had a blast.
